1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lentennis.com ("Lentennis", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Lentennis is operated by Saibots Pte. Ltd.

2. Description of Service

Lentennis is a professional tournament management platform for tennis organizers, coaches, and clubs across Southeast Asia. The Service enables online registration, automated draws, live scoring, and results publishing. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Lentennis only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information about courts, players, or tournaments
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to organize events that violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Tournament Organizers

If you use Lentennis to organize tournaments, you are responsible for ensuring your events comply with all applicable laws, local regulations, and the rules of any governing tennis bodies. Lentennis provides tools to help manage events but is not responsible for how those events are conducted.

5. Payments

Lentennis may facilitate collection of entry fees on behalf of tournament organizers. Any payment disputes between organizers and participants must be resolved between those parties. Lentennis is not responsible for refunds or payment disputes unless directly caused by a platform error.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lentennis name, logo, and the look and feel of the Service are the property of Saibots Pte. Ltd. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission. Tournament data, draws, and results uploaded through the platform remain the property of the respective organizers.

7. Disclaimers

Lentennis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Court and venue information is sourced from organizers and public records — always verify details directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saibots Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lentennis, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or tournament entry fees.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. The current version is always available at lentennis.com/terms.
